CBD FAQS

Hemp will start to work on intermittent issues within the first 30 mins. For all other persistent issues please allow 3 days to 1 week to start seeing results. Full-scale benefits are seen over a longer period of time: 1 to 2 weeks.

The immediate effects of Hemp will usually last from 4-8 hours.

PRODUCT FAQS

No. All HW HEMP products are made with natural organic ingredients. The main active ingredient (Cannabidiol) works naturally within the endocannabinoid system which is a completely different biochemical pathway then your regular medications. It is safe to use Hemp alongside any other medications.

Yes. All of our ingredients are organic, non-GMO, non-dairy and gluten free.

PURCHASING FAQS

If you live in the United States then we can ship to you. We currently do not ship to any other country.

Our regular business hours are Monday-Friday 9am-5pm Pacific Standard Time.

All orders will be processed within 48 hours from when the order was placed. Any order placed on Friday after 1:00 pm PST will not be processed until Monday.

All orders take 24-48 hours to process before they are shipped. Most shipments are sent via USPS First Class within 3-4 days after successful processing. Priority shipping available for additional charges. We currently only ship to States within the USA.

Shipping Rates

We charge a flat rate for all shipments which is calculated during checkout.  Before payment, you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.

Yes, we offer special pricing for resellers. All resellers are subject to our approval. Please fill out our Wholesale Application Form to start the approval process.

Yes. We regularly offer special savings and discount codes via newsletter campaigns, social media, and from our site. Codes cannot be combined with any other offer, promo, sale, or bundle. Codes cannot be combined with reward points or subscription savings. Only one code per customer, household, and IP address can be used. Some rules apply. Contact customer service for more details.
